The surprise of the auction was two works by Paul Evans, which sold way over their price estimates. The Argente cabinet above sold for $293,000 where as it was estimated to sell for $50,000–70,000. Another work by Paul Evans, the matching Argente Cube Table below, sold for $25,000, 5 times its estimate which was $5,000.
